Several things about me have changed over the past two weeks. Not really significant changes, but just a few of those material things that don't matter in life, but that make you feel different (especially once you're a parent) for completely material reasons.

Then I got braces: again. I had them like most others, at the age of 11-13. Well, this time it's for my jaw. I have TMJ that is just getting worse, so when faced with the choice of braces now or possible surgery later, I decided to nip it in the bud.

That night I had my hair cut. I just wanted to keep my long hair but have something a little more going on. So I did what I did three years ago and got side-swept bangs. I'm not in love, buy I'm not hating on them either.

Obviously this is a slight dramatization, but sometimes the slightest changes can make you feel so good or so bad. In actuality, here is a photo of me after all my minor adjustments, happy as can be!
